We will be able to design the tanks for different depths. Anything over 6′ deep, we incorporate concrete encapsulation in the base to ensure anti-flotation and resistance to hydrostatic pressures.

Our tanks are available in a range of internal diameters: 4′ 5.5′, 7′, 7.8′, 9′, 11′, and 13′.

While fiber optic cables are immune to electromagnetic interference, active equipment in electronic manholes (e.g., transceivers, routers, or optical amplifiers) can be vulnerable to electromagnetic pulses (EMP) or lightning surges.

To address this, we’ve developed a solution for our plastic manholes (made from polypropylene or polyethylene) by integrating a metal mesh to create a Faraday cage, effectively shielding sensitive electronics.

This innovation is detailed in our patent (No. 10,150,264 for reference).
