Tanks can be Made of Polypropylene or Any Other Plastic of Your Choice
Our Plastic tanks are sold in several varieties. The volume of any tank can be changed by altering the tank's height and diameter; see the Volume Guide for more information.
All tanks may be optionally supplied with flanges, a man hole, a ladder and safety cage, hand rail, hold down, float level indicator, or mixer accessories.
Choice of material: P.P. or P.E
The tank material depends on the product stored as well as the storage temperature. See the Chemical Resistance Guide for more information.
Choice of Tank Design
- Open vertical cylindrical tank without cover.
- Closed vertical cylindrical tank with a manhole of 24" (0.5m) diameter on a slightly conical upper dome.
- Cone-bottom tank with legs
Choice of Model
- Chemical Series for products whose density is below or equal to 1.4.
- Heavy Duty Series for products whose density is between 1.4 and 1.8.
- Special Series for concentrated sulphuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc.
Example Model: Storage for High-Concentration Sulfuric Acid
This tank is very thick-walled, completely homogenous (no welding!), and made of polyaneline (PeHD).
